Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) – Northeast Region

Position Responsibilities (Main):
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop a team of TLLs across the Northeast; deliver regular field coaching/feedback (one-on-ones, field rides, development plans); monitor/enhance team performance using MBO metrics and translate activities into KPIs; maintain a culture of accountability, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Launch Execution: Translate national brand strategy into zone-level field execution plans; drive launch performance through Thought Leader engagement, regional initiatives, and collection of field insights; identify local/regional opportunities and optimize field efforts; ensure pull-through of commercial strategy in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross-functional zone leaders.
- Resource Development and Deployment: Co-lead development and field deployment of tools, training, and resources; collaborate with national DTLLs and HQ to ensure alignment and impact; integrate feedback and continuously improve resources based on Thought Leader input and regional needs.
- National Strategy and Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as strategic thought partner to VP of TLLs and peer DTLLs; represent regional perspectives and drive best practices; collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Leadership, and Training.

Qualifications and Skills:
- BA/BS or higher in business, marketing, or life sciences.
- 15+ years progressive commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- 5+ years leading field-based teams (preferably TLLs or Key Account Management).
- Demonstrated success launching specialty products and guiding complex field execution.
- Deep understanding of Thought Leader landscape in GI, Hepatology, and/or Metabolic Syndrome.
- Proven ability to build/coach/retain high-performing teams.
- Strategic/innovative thinker with strong business acumen and ability to drive zone-level execution.
- Experience developing/deploying field tools, training content, and engagement resources.
- Knowledge of compliance/regulatory standards for commercial engagement.
- Ability to travel 60–75%.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Base pay range: $252,000–$308,000/year; bonus and equity.
