Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement (H&N)

Role: Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement Head & Neck Cancer, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national strategy to engage KOLs and medical experts in head and neck oncology. Responsibilities include leading a team of four, fostering high-quality scientific relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Sales), and translating insights into strategic actions. The role oversees KOL engagement planning, scientific insight generation, and external advocacy development, ensuring compliant and impactful interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred; 12+ years in oncology pharma/biotech commercial roles with proven thought leader engagement experience; oncology expertise strongly preferred; prior product launch experience advantageous. High-value specifics: focus on head & neck cancer, oncology therapeutics, with significant domestic travel. The position reports to senior leadership and involves managing relationships with academic centers, NCCN institutions, and community oncology networks.
