Senior Director – Technical Services/Manufacturing Science (TS/MS)

Role: Senior Director of Technical Services/Manufacturing Science (TS/MS) at Lilly's new API manufacturing site, leading strategic and operational aspects of small molecule or peptide production. Responsibilities: oversee startup, process validation, process optimization, compliance with cGMP/regulatory standards, and technical problem-solving; develop and execute site strategies; foster cross-functional partnerships; mentor teams and manage resources; represent TS/MS in governance forums. Requirements: PhD in Chemistry or related field; 15+ years in pharmaceutical development/manufacturing with leadership in TS/MS or similar, including large-scale manufacturing experience.
