Senior Director - Tech@Lilly MQ

Role: Sr. Director of MQ Tech at Lilly, leading digital strategy for the new Huntsville API manufacturing site. Responsibilities: define and deploy digital infrastructure and systems (e.g., SAP, MES, Data Management), ensure operational readiness, lead digital initiatives aligned with global strategy, and foster a culture of excellence, safety, and diversity. Manage talent, budget, and compliance with cGMP standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; 10+ years pharma IT leadership with manufacturing IT/OT expertise, particularly MES. Preferred: skills in Data Integration and Advanced Analytics. High-Value: focus on digital transformation, manufacturing IT/OT, cGMP compliance, and building a live AI-enabled manufacturing facility in a regulated pharma environment.
