Senior Director, Taxation

Role: Senior Director of US Taxation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, overseeing all aspects of US corporate income tax functions including compliance, tax accounting, planning, and audit defense. Responsibilities: manage quarterly/annual ASC 740 tax provisioning, support tax compliance and reporting, lead tax planning and structuring projects, collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, and external advisors on M&A and strategic transactions, oversee external tax advisors, and ensure tax governance and SOX compliance.
