Senior Director, Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis

Role: Senior Director, FP&A – Supply Chain, providing strategic financial leadership to Vertex’s global supply chain functions. Responsibilities: lead financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning), support supply network design, optimize inventory and logistics, and drive performance management through variance analysis and cost efficiency initiatives. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Corporate FP&A, and operational teams to align financial and supply chain strategies. Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred; 12–15+ years in senior finance roles supporting supply chain or operations in complex, global, and regulated environments; strong understanding of supply chain economics, planning, and inventory management. Leadership skills: executive communication, influencing senior stakeholders, cross-functional initiative management, team development. High-Value: extensive experience in supply chain finance, global organizational support, strategic planning, and risk management relevant to biopharma supply networks.
