Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance business partnering for global supply chain functions (supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, trade compliance, risk management and business continuity, and distribution network optimization) to drive financial accountability and insight.
- Own supply chain financial planning processes (annual budget, periodic forecasts, long-range plans), including scenario modeling for demand variability, inventory strategies, and supply risk contingencies.
- Provide strategic financial guidance on supply network design, outsourcing decisions, and long-term supply commitments; evaluate operational strategies through a financial lens with clear implications, risks, and trade-offs.
- Lead financial performance management, including variance analysis and identification of productivity and cost-efficiency opportunities; drive transparency into total supply chain cost drivers and monitor working capital to optimize cash flow and inventory investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Corporate FP&A, and other stakeholders to align supply chain initiatives with enterprise financial goals.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team; foster business partnership, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12–15+ years progressive finance experience with senior-level experience supporting supply chain or operations; proven leadership in complex global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, working capital optimization, and supply chain economics (experience managing finances for supply chain/logistics/manufacturing in regulated industries highly valued).
- Executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders; experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven people management skills; ability to mentor in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.
