(Senior) Director, Strategic Alliances Enterprise Lead, IQVIA

Role: The Senior/Director, Strategic Alliances, serves as the enterprise lead for argenx's partnership with IQVIA, overseeing relationship architecture, strategic direction, governance, and value creation across clinical development, digital, quality, and commercial functions. Responsibilities: act as a senior global partner, align internal teams and IQVIA capabilities, develop multi-year alliance strategies, and drive innovation to enhance enterprise value and operational efficiency. Requirements: 10+ years in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or enterprise strategy within biopharma or regulated industries; advanced degree preferred (e.g., PhD, MD, or equivalent experience); experience operating at senior executive levels, managing complex, global, cross-functional partnerships; proven ability to influence without formal authority, operate in matrixed organizations, and lead through change.
