Senior Director, Strategic Account Lead - US Pain (National)

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Directors of Strategic Accounts and Strategic Account Leads; define national strategy, retain top talent, and coach for exceptional performance.
- Establish/update Health System team goals tied to access and demand; track performance vs. expectations and adjust strategies.
- Execute/refine account management model: develop account planning process/framework and identify enterprise-level engagement opportunities to drive access and top-down demand.
- Explore innovative partnerships to ensure preferred access to an innovative non-opioid (e.g., population health initiatives, contracting).
- Engage Health Systems leadership, coverage decision makers, and population health stakeholders to drive systemic change and demand pull-through.
- Ensure digital/innovative approaches are adopted for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with BU leadership and BU Health Systems marketing to shape/refine brand strategy and IDN engagement approach.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (market access, sales, marketing, compliance, field operations, HR, etc.) on cross-functional efforts.
- Model compliance-focused ethics and integrity.

Requirements
- 12+ years healthcare/biopharmaceuticals experience (marketing or equivalent).
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
- Experience developing/refining Health System engagement strategies and leading Health System account field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
- Expertise in IDN stakeholders; ability to influence access and demand levers.
- Excellent people recruiter; builds world-class, diverse team.
- Exceptional executive communication and customer service.
- Long-term planner; critical thinking and sound decision-making.
- Demonstrated understanding of legal/regulatory/compliance environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; innovative approaches using data and technology.

Other Requirements
- Complete required trainings, background screens, drug testing, and vaccinations.
- Live/work within the territory (may require proximity to a major airport).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel up to 80% and work after hours as needed.

Pay Range
- $232,000 - $348,000
