Responsibilities:
- Lead national Strategic Accounts field team for US Pain Business Unit; lead three regional Directors (first-line leaders) and Strategic Account Leads.
- Define and execute national strategy; retain top talent and coach team performance.
- Set and update Health System goals aligned to access and demand aspirations; track performance and adjust strategies.
- Execute/refine account management model: develop account planning framework; identify enterprise-level engagement opportunities to drive access and top-down demand.
- Explore innovative partnerships to secure preferred access to an innovative non-opioid (e.g., population health initiatives, contracting).
- Engage Health Systems leadership, coverage decision makers, and population health stakeholders to drive systemic change.
- Ensure adoption of digital/innovative approaches for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Leadership and BU Health Systems marketing to shape brand strategy and IDN engagement approach.
- Partner cross-functionally (market access, sales, marketing, compliance, field operations, HR, etc.) to drive integrated efforts.
- Model and promote a compliance culture focused on ethics and integrity.
Requirements:
- 12+ years healthcare/biopharma experience in marketing (or equivalent).
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience (or equivalent).
- Experience developing/refining Health System engagement strategies; lead Health System account field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in IDN stakeholders; ability to influence access and demand levers.
- Strong people-recruiting ability; build diverse, high-performing teams.
- Executive-level customer service and communication skills; strong critical thinking.
- Demonstrated understanding of legal/regulatory/compliance environment.
- Entrepreneurial, data/technology-driven approach for launch.
Other:
- Complete required trainings/background screens/drug testing/vaccinations as needed for customer credentials.
- Live/work within the territory (or near a major airport as required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel up to 80%; work after hours as needed.
Pay Range:
- $232,000 - $348,000 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards).
