Lead cross-functional teams, support transaction activities, monitor scientific and competitive landscapes, and represent the organization externally. Requirements: PhD/MD/PharmD, 15+ years in biotech/pharma with 10+ in oncology, 8+ years in external innovation, scientific evaluation, or business development, strong understanding of oncology drug discovery, portfolio strategy, and regulatory landscape. Preferred: MBA or business training, 5+ years leading diligence or transactions, extensive external network, experience in representing organizations at scientific forums.
