Senior Director, Revenue and Government Pricing

Role: Senior Director, Revenue & Government Pricing, leading revenue accounting, gross-to-net operations, and government pricing compliance within a growing biopharma company. Responsibilities: oversee revenue recognition, month-end closes, partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Finance teams to optimize pricing and reimbursement strategies, manage outsourced government pricing providers, ensure regulatory compliance (US GAAP, SOX), develop scalable processes, lead audits, and build a high-performing team. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA preferred; 15+ years in pharma/biotech finance with significant leadership in revenue, gross-to-net, and government pricing; experience with US GAAP, SEC reporting, government pricing platforms, and managing outsourced providers; supervisory experience; excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred: CPA, MBA, experience with pharmaceutical product launches, GTN modeling, NetSuite. High-Value: experience in commercial-stage biotech, US government pricing programs, regulatory compliance, revenue operations, and financial reporting; strategic partner to senior leadership. WorkSetup: Remote within the US, with travel to Cambridge, MA, several times per year; preference for candidates in the New England region.
