Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee CMC project management across the product lifecycle (development, early/late phase, commercialization, commercial manufacturing).
- Align CMC strategies/timelines with clinical, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
- Drive risk identification/mitigation and operational readiness for manufacturing and supply.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CMC project management professionals supporting cross-functional partners.
- Support key non-product initiatives as a project manager; oversee Director-level PMs on non-product work.
- Partner with Product Strategy Leads to develop, align, and execute integrated product strategies.
- Support Planisware implementation and continuous improvement of standardized planning tools; provide feedback on templated PDM tools/processes.
- Partner with Product Teams and Finance on budget planning/tracking.
- Integrate emerging AI and digital technologies into project management practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA with 14+ years of experience OR MS/MA or MBA with 12+ years OR PhD/PharmD with 12+ years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant CMC project management experience (manufacturing, scale-up, validation, tech transfer).
- Strong understanding of drug development/commercialization/lifecycle management; project management fundamentals (scope, timelines, risk, resources).
- Experience with portfolio planning tools (e.g., Planisware) and budgeting.
- Proficiency applying AI tools/digital platforms to project management; strong communication/analytical skills and executive presence.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $243,100.00β$314,600.00; may include discretionary annual bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
