Role Summary
Senior Director, Product Lead-Remote. Location: Remote in the US. No relocation. Travel expectations defined by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Evidence Generation function in Medical Strategy Teams to develop medical and Evidence Generation strategies demonstrating product value to payers, clinical decision-makers, and patients.
- Proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access and product value in the US market.
- Provide strategic leadership and alignment across functions; propose impactful, innovative ideas in cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of connected RWD platforms, integrating claims, electronic health records, registries, and specialty data sources relevant to RWE.
- Configure platforms and data pipelines to enable rapid activation of data assets against priority evidence requirements.
- Oversee data quality frameworks, validation protocols, and documentation standards to ensure platforms meet internal standards for RWE generation.
- Manage multiple Evidence Generation projects, budgets, and partners, ensuring scientific rigor and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, preferably in health economics, market access or related functions/fields.
- Substantial experience in shaping Evidence Generation and RWE strategy and hands-on execution supporting inline and pipeline products.
- Experience engaging or partnering with external organizations (e.g., SOCs, payers, universities, value assessors, regulatory agencies).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently lead, execute, and drive excellence in cross-functional teams.
- Expert knowledge of Evidence Generation, including study designs, methodologies, modeling, data sources and analyses.
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare financing and delivery system, US payer environment, evolving trends and competitive landscape.
Education
- Advanced degree (master's or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy or related field.
- PhD or PharmD with strong focus in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology or related field preferred.
