Role Responsibilities
- Own Platform technical strategy: connect business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, and emerging tech into roadmap + target-state architecture.
- Act as design authority: define target architecture, technical standards, and integration patterns; ensure major decisions are sound for enterprise scale.
- Lead and develop engineering teams building and operating the Platform; drive modern, secure, scalable, reusable investments.
- Partner with business/Digital leaders and product owners to translate ambiguous needs into practical technical choices and measurable outcomes.
- Define responsible AI-enabled delivery (AI, automation, modern engineering practices) with appropriate governance and verification.
- Build a high-performing technical team and culture of excellence, hands-on credibility, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Establish reliability, security, documentation, and operational excellence expectations; ensure compliance, observability, and resilience.

Qualifications
Basic
- BS in CS/Engineering/IS or related; 12+ years senior engineering/technical leadership in enterprise platforms/cloud/large-scale delivery.
- Experience owning technical strategy and architecture of a significant platform/domain.
- Proven ability to lead/develop engineers, architects, and technical leads.
- Hands-on expertise in modern engineering, cloud, data/integration patterns, APIs, security, and reliability.
- Experience partnering with senior business/Digital stakeholders.

Preferred
- Advanced degree; regulated global enterprise experience.
- AI-enabled delivery/automation/platform reuse; influence track record.
- Deep domain expertise (agent platforms, data fabric, developer experience, AI for colleagues, or cyber defense).

Work Location
- Hybrid; on-site strongly preferred.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Base salary range: $214,900–$358,100; bonus target 22.5%; eligible for long-term incentives; comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and health coverage.
