Role: Senior Director, Portfolio Strategy and Governance - Hematology, serving as a strategic leader and governance partner to optimize the hematology R&D portfolio. Responsibilities: lead hematology portfolio governance through the Heme DRC, shape agendas, develop decision-ready materials, manage decision processes, and ensure follow-through; partner with R&D and Commercial leaders on portfolio strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation; facilitate senior stakeholder alignment; support portfolio reviews with external benchmarks and industry insights; and work closely with cross-functional teams supporting hematology product development and lifecycle management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science or business with 12+ years in drug development, portfolio strategy, or related roles; strong experience in hematology or oncology preferred; proven leadership in complex, matrixed global environments; expertise in governance decision processes, lifecycle planning, and portfolio management; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with oncology value drivers; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
