Senior Director, Portfolio and Project Management Lead

Role: Portfolio and Program Management Lead overseeing drug development lifecycle within BeOne’s partnership-driven oncology programs. Responsibilities: develop and manage project plans, milestones, KPIs, budgets; lead cross-functional team planning and process improvements; facilitate external collaboration and alliance management; ensure high-quality delivery of partner studies on the Clinical SuperHighway; track progress and enforce quality standards; support strategic decision-making and governance; foster global collaboration and market intelligence integration. Requirements: Master’s (PhD preferred) with 10+ years in drug development or commercial biotech/pharma, including 5+ years leadership in multicultural/global portfolios; strong program management expertise; excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMP certification preferred.
