Senior Director, Pharmacy Patient Services (Titusville, NJ)

Summary/Role: Lead strategy and program design for the pharmacy channel across the NA portfolio of brands, including multi-generational lifecycle plans for specialty and retail pharmacies; partner and fee-for-service strategies; and data/technology agreements to support patients starting, resuming, or continuing J&J therapies. Build best-in-class capabilities to support patient engagement; partner across marketing, account management, commercial excellence, patient solutions, value/access/pricing (VAP), sales, IT, procurement, legal, finance, healthcare compliance, training, policy, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead people: coach/develop direct reports; support a purpose-driven culture.
- Strategy & design: develop engagement plans and partner strategy using patient/market insights.
- Requirements & contracting: define partner criteria/program requirements; lead capabilities discussions, RFPs, contracting.
- Operational excellence: optimize performance via analytics, benchmarking, and compliance monitoring; partner with pharmacies on training/tech/tools/staffing/incentives.
- Account management: shape objectives, influence priorities, support contracting, and run quarterly business reviews.
- Program operations & compliance: oversee approvals, negotiation/contracting, SOPs, training, and monitoring.
- Measurement/reporting: set goals/KPIs and present operational/impact/financial metrics.
- Budgeting, strategic planning, culture, and ethics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years healthcare business experience; 5+ years leading large cross-functional teams; 3+ years designing patient support programs.
- Strong knowledge of patient support requirements, best practices, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience influencing strategic supplier relationships; track record developing talent.
- Required experience domains: strategy development, services/customer experience marketing, matrix org, capabilities/change, and/or financial management (mix preferred).
