Role Responsibilities:
- Own the U.S. market access strategy for Pfizerโs PAVE portfolio, optimizing patient access, portfolio performance, pricing, contracting, and long-term value across established/post-exclusivity/later lifecycle brands.
- Lead development and execution of integrated market access strategies and a fit-for-purpose support model for mature and post-exclusivity assets.
- Continuously assess portfolio performance, market dynamics, contracting/channel opportunities, and competitive trends to extend value and improve outcomes.
- Set portfolio priorities and direct resource allocation across the PAVE portfolio balancing risk, return, and capacity.
- Lead market access strategy for products transitioning into the PAVE portfolio to ensure continuity of access, pricing, and contracting.
- Evaluate and execute targeted opportunities using an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach.
- Operate within and help shape streamlined governance for agile decisions and effective portfolio execution.
- Partner with Access Enablement on offer development, deal analytics, pricing strategy, and contracting recommendations.
- Collaborate with Market Access Operations and Strategic Account Management to translate portfolio priorities into operational/account outcomes.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with accountability for portfolio outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 12+ years in healthcare with demonstrated market access, contracting, or pricing strategy.
- Proven experience managing contracting and pricing strategy across multiple brands/diverse portfolios.
- Entrepreneurial orientation; comfortable with opportunistic deals without a standardized playbook.
- Strong understanding of GTN economics and trade-offs for mature/post-exclusivity assets.
- Ability to build relationships across broad stakeholder networks.
- Comfort with higher risk tolerance and faster decision cadence than standard governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mature, LOE, or established brand portfolios.
- Experience structuring/negotiating opportunistic contracting deals.
- Experience standing up a new capability/team.
- Familiarity with GPO, payer, and channel dynamics.
