Role Summary

The Senior Director, Patient Services will build and lead Immunome’s patient-centered commercial function, ensuring patient perspectives help shape strategy, services, and partnerships across the lifecycle of Immunome’s therapies. As the company prepares for its first commercial launch, this leader will establish foundational patient support infrastructure, advocacy partnerships, and engagement capabilities that will scale across Immunome’s pipeline. Success in this role will directly influence patient access, adherence, satisfaction, and the development of a patient-first culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the patient-focused launch strategy for varegacestat, including patient services, advocacy, and education.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive patient services model that enables timely access, a positive experience, and long-term adherence.
  • Build and manage vendor partnerships to operationalize services and resources ahead of launch.
  • Create patient and HCP educational resources to support early awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure patient perspectives are reflected in launch messaging.
  • Define Immunome‚Äôs patient engagement strategy and incorporate patient insights into development, brand planning, and access decisions.
  • Establish and lead patient councils and advisory boards.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with advocacy organizations aligned with Immunome‚Äôs mission.
  • Co-create disease education and awareness initiatives that reflect authentic patient needs.
  • Represent Immunome in external policy and advocacy forums.
  • Design and scale a best-in-class patient support ecosystem informed by patient and caregiver insights.
  • Oversee the end-to-end patient journey and monitor KPIs such as time-to-therapy, satisfaction, and persistence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless and compliant execution of support programs.
  • Manage third-party vendors delivering HUB operations, PAP, case management, and access marketing.
  • Develop a roadmap to expand patient services across Immunome‚Äôs pipeline.
  • Build the Patient Experience & Alliances function, including governance, SOPs, budget oversight, and integration.
  • Embed patient-centered thinking throughout the organization.
  • Define and track impact metrics demonstrating value for both patients and the business.
  • Foster Immunome‚Äôs thought leadership in patient engagement.
  • Mentor and grow a team to deliver on patient engagement, services, and advocacy priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‚Äôs degree required; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or related field) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of biotech/pharma experience with leadership in patient advocacy, access, or patient services.
  • Proven success in building and scaling patient engagement programs in oncology or rare disease settings.

Skills

  • Experience developing educational and awareness resources for patients, caregivers, and HCPs.
  • Strong understanding of oncology care dynamics and patient access ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven biotech environment.
