Discover Your Role
- Shape enterprise-wide patient advocacy strategy, connecting the patient voice to discovery, development, and commercialization.
- Build standards and governance for engaging advocacy and professional organizations.
- Partner with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Policy, and Clinical Development to set a multi-year advocacy roadmap.
- Drive measurable outcomes (faster diagnosis, stronger trial awareness, broader access, better patient experience).
- Translate corporate priorities into therapeutic-area plans with clear decision rights.
- Monitor external trends and policy shifts and recommend actions aligned to patient impact and business goals.
- Report progress via KPIs, dashboards, and board-ready materials.

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years relevant experience, including 10+ years leading multi-stakeholder patient advocacy programs.
- Track record building enterprise-wide cross-functional programs with business impact.
- Strong executive presence; experience preparing board-ready materials.
- Working knowledge of compliance in advocacy.
- Preferred: experience in rare disease, oncology, hematology, ophthalmology, immunology, or cardio-metabolic disease.
- Preferred: experience in complex, matrixed, or global organizations; alliance management a plus.
