Role: Senior Director of Patient Advocacy responsible for developing and executing the company's patient engagement strategy, integrating patient insights into clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization activities. Responsibilities: build and lead advocacy functions, establish relationships with patient organizations, develop patient-centered programs, and implement metrics to measure impact. Collaborates across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, influencing strategic decisions to enhance patient outcomes and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in patient advocacy, engagement, or related biotech/pharma roles; successful in establishing advocacy programs; strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in patient education and disease awareness initiatives. Preferred: experience in rare diseases, neurology, CNS, pre-commercial settings. High-value: focus on patient-centric strategies, advocacy program development, stakeholder engagement, and metrics-driven impact assessment. Work Location: US-based, with occasional travel.
