Role: Senior Director of Patient Advocacy, responsible for developing and executing the company's patient engagement strategies across clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization. Responsibilities: build and lead patient advocacy functions, establish relationships with patient groups, integrate patient insights into decision-making, create disease awareness programs, and develop metrics to measure impact. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to embed patient perspectives into strategies, trial design, and patient experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees (e.g., MPH, PhD, PharmD) preferred; 10+ years in patient advocacy or related biotech/pharma roles. Demonstrated success in building advocacy programs, influencing leadership, and establishing governance. Preferred experience in neurology, CNS, or rare diseases within pre-commercial settings. High-Value: Focus on neurological conditions (narcolepsy, sleep-wake disorders); patient engagement; advocacy strategy; cross-functional influence; occasional US travel. Work setup: US-based, full-time, with occasional travel.
