Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success Partners to align organizational strategies with enterprise and functional business priorities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead organization design initiatives (operating model evolution, role clarity, governance structures, workforce alignment).
- Develop recommendations balancing business needs, employee experience, organizational health, and long-term growth.
- Equip People Success Partners with frameworks, tools, and consultative expertise in organizational design, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Lead organizational change initiatives tied to growth, strategic priorities, operating model changes, and workforce evolution.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations; develop practical change management strategies.
- Coach leaders and teams through transformation; build reusable change management tools and leader resources.
- Partner on workforce capability strategies; translate enterprise needs into learning, leadership development, and talent programs.
- Assess workforce trends, evolving skills, and emerging technologies (including AI); support succession planning.
- Establish metrics/frameworks to assess effectiveness, leadership capability, readiness, and talent outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years in organizational strategy/effectiveness, human capital consulting, workforce strategy, transformation, talent management, or related fields.
- Strong experience leading transformation/workforce strategy; influence senior leaders in complex matrix organizations.
- Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business strategy into talent/organizational solutions; build scalable frameworks/tools/governance.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-growth biotech/pharma/healthcare/innovation-driven organizations.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management, talent strategy.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled workforce strategies, future-of-work trends.
