Position Summary
Senior Director, Organizational Strategy & Capability will shape organizational capabilities, practices, and workforce strategies to support Travereโ€™s growth, partnering with executive leaders and People Success Partners to translate business priorities into practical talent, workforce, and organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success Partners to align organizational strategies with business priorities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and improve performance, scalability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead organization design initiatives (operating model evolution, role clarity, governance, team effectiveness, workforce alignment).
- Ensure structures support career development, talent mobility, leadership effectiveness, and engagement.
- Equip People Success Partners with frameworks/tools to strengthen organizational design, workforce strategy, effectiveness, and change management.
- Facilitate leadership discussions to align on design principles, decision rights, operating model implications, and change readiness.
- Develop workforce and capability strategies; translate needs into learning, leadership development, and talent programs.
- Assess workforce trends, skill requirements, and emerging technologies (including AI).
- Support succession planning and talent reviews by identifying strengths, gaps, and risks.
- Lead change initiatives; conduct impact assessments/readiness evaluations; develop change strategies and tools; coach leaders.
- Partner on annual business/talent planning; establish metrics/frameworks; identify risks; provide executive-ready insights; monitor progress.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in organizational strategy/effectiveness, human capital consulting, workforce strategy, transformation, or talent management.
- Strong experience in organizational transformation/workforce or enterprise capability-building.
- Experience influencing senior leaders in complex matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
- Ability to translate business strategy into talent/organizational solutions.
- Ability to build scalable frameworks/tools/governance without unnecessary complexity.
- Consulting orientation to diagnose issues and create pragmatic recommendations.
- Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Preferred:
- High-growth biotech/pharma/healthcare or innovation-driven experience.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled workforce strategies, future-of-work.
- Experience partnering across HR COEs/People Business Partner teams and senior business leaders.
