Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success Partners to align organizational strategy with business priorities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness; improve performance, scalability, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead organization design: operating model evolution, role clarity, team effectiveness, governance, and workforce alignment.
- Develop recommendations balancing business needs, employee experience, organizational health, and growth.
- Enable talent strategy: workforce/capability planning, learning/leadership development, capability roadmaps, succession and talent review support.
- Lead organizational change initiatives; conduct impact/readiness assessments; build change management tools for consistent enterprise execution.
- Establish metrics/frameworks to evaluate organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce readiness, and talent outcomes; provide executive-ready insights.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years in organizational strategy/effectiveness, human capital consulting, workforce strategy, transformation, and/or talent management.
- Experience leading transformation/workforce strategy/enterprise capability-building.
- Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
- Consulting+life sciences/biotech/pharma/healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred:
- High-growth biotechnology/pharma/healthcare/innovation experience.
- Expertise in org design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled workforce strategy.
