Senior Director, Organizational Change Management, Global Technology Solutions

Role: Senior Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM) leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a global oncology-focused biopharma environment. Responsibilities: develop and execute GTS’s OCM strategy, advise senior leaders, oversee change across technology platforms (e.g., GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI), and scale a global OCM center of excellence. Partner on operating model redesign, workforce readiness, and process standardization to support cancer therapy access. Establish adoption, readiness, and value metrics, shape leadership communication, and lead a global team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; 12+ years supporting enterprise transformation in complex, regulated settings such as biotech, pharma, or healthcare. Certification in Prosci, CCMP, or similar preferred, with additional experience in project management, Agile, Lean, and AI/digital adoption. High-value specifics include expertise in large-scale global change initiatives, enterprise platform adoption (SAP, Workday, Veeva), and experience within highly regulated environments requiring compliance and security. Stakeholder engagement across regions and influencing senior executives is essential. Location: Preference for East Coast; travel <20%, possibly international.
