Senior Director, North America Compliance

Role: Senior Director, North America Compliance, serving as the primary compliance partner for BeOne’s U.S. Commercial organization with a focus on Market Access. Responsibilities include providing strategic, risk-based compliance guidance on payer engagement, contracting, patient support programs, and commercial activities; advising on regulatory and legal considerations; and overseeing compliance risk assessments, monitoring, and training. The role involves developing policies, fostering cross-functional relationships, and leading or supporting compliance initiatives across Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and other teams. Requires strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance standards, market access dynamics, and experience supporting product launches in a fast-paced biotech environment. Supervises and mentors compliance staff, promotes a culture of integrity and accountability, and collaborates with global compliance counterparts. Qualifications: BA/BS with 12+ years in healthcare compliance, legal, or regulatory functions within pharma, biotech, or life sciences, including U.S. commercial support; advanced degree (JD, PharmD, MBA, MPH) preferred. Expertise in U.S. healthcare laws (Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, transparency laws), market access, and contracting; proficiency with compliance tools and Microsoft Office Suite. High-value specifics include extensive experience with U.S. market access, payer interactions, contracting, and compliance risk management. Location: Primarily remote with approximately 25% domestic travel.
