Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national FRM team; provide strategic direction, coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Define and drive national field access strategy for Korlym and Relacorilant aligned to Market Access and Commercial goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs/productivity metrics and business objectives; oversee field deployment, territory alignments, and resource allocation.
- Design, implement, and oversee FRM team MBO plan and incentive compensation structure aligned with corporate goals, compliance standards, and individual metrics.
- Act as primary liaison between the FRM team and internal stakeholders (Sales, HUB, Patient Services, Trade, Market Access, Legal, Compliance).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align access strategy with account planning/pull-through and messaging/reimbursement support.
- Interface with HUB leadership and SP partners to ensure patient support and issue resolution.
- Review field intelligence/access data to identify barriers and proactively develop strategies; manage budgets/travel/operations in compliance with company policies.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven success leading a national/large regional FRM/Access team.
- Deep knowledge of payer policy, reimbursement, HUB services, specialty pharmacy distribution, and patient support programs.
- Strong leadership/people management; cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Trade/Channel).
- Excellent communication/influence; translate field insights into access initiatives.
- Business acumen, project management, analytical thinking.
- Travel up to 50%.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs required; MBA/MPH/MHA preferred.
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech; 5+ years in reimbursement/market access/patient services; 5+ years leading field teams.
- Experience in rare disease, endocrinology, or specialty pharma; launch experience is a plus.

Pay range:
- $212,200 - $300,000.
