Senior Director, Microsoft 365 Platforms & Strategy

Role: Senior Director responsible for the strategy, engineering, governance, and lifecycle management of BeOne’s global Microsoft 365 environment, including Apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot. Objectives: ensure platform security, reliability, supportability, and enablement of employee productivity while leading modernization initiatives, domain migrations, and AI-enabled capabilities. Responsibilities: define platform strategy and roadmap, lead architecture and technical standards, partner with support teams for operational excellence, ensure governance and security compliance, integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise data ecosystems, and oversee platform transformation and Copilot enablement. Qualifications: BS degree and 12+ years in enterprise technology with expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, platform management, and global team leadership; demonstrated success in enterprise-scale platform governance, modernization, and infrastructure projects; experience with security, compliance, and licensing strategies. Preferred: experience in highly regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare. Work setup: likely hybrid or remote with domestic and international travel as needed.
