Senior Director, Medical Value & Outcomes, US

Role: Lead clinical and health economics outcomes research (HEOR) communications to population health decision-makers, supporting evidence dissemination for BeOne Medicines' products. Responsibilities: develop clinical and HEOR knowledge of disease states, establish peer-to-peer relationships with payers and formulary decision bodies (including US and Canadian entities), provide feedback on payer trends, lead customer outcome projects, contribute to HEOR strategy, and represent the company at forums. Collaborate with internal teams (medical, market access, commercial) and external KOLs, ensuring compliance and supporting value-based metrics. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or related advanced degree with 10+ years in Hematology/Oncology or 15+ years with a master’s; strong communication, HEOR, and payer engagement experience; proven leadership in strategic, cross-functional settings; high organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. High-Value: Oncology/Hematology, HEOR, payer engagement, value-based metrics, global forums, extensive travel (~70%). Work setup: Field-based territory covering OH, IN, KY, PA, VA, WV.
