Role: Senior Director, Medical Affairs Strategy for Disc Medicine's hematologic oncology portfolio, focusing on myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) including myelofibrosis-associated anemia and polycythemia vera. Responsibilities: develop and execute disease-area-specific medical strategies; lead KOL engagement, scientific exchange activities, and external collaborations; support evidence generation including real-world evidence and publications; partner with clinical development, regulatory, and cross-functional teams; ensure compliance in medical communications; represent scientific expertise internally and externally. Requirements: MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent with 10-12+ years in Medical Affairs or related roles; hematology/oncology expertise, particularly in MPNs, myelofibrosis, or anemia; experience in strategy development, KOL engagement, and evidence generation; strong communication skills; willingness to travel (~30%).
