Senior Director, Medical Affairs Strategy

Role: Senior Director, Medical Affairs Strategy for Disc Medicine’s MPN portfolio, focusing on myelofibrosis-associated anemia and PV. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies, lead KOL engagement, guide scientific exchange activities, support evidence generation (RWE, HEOR, research collaborations), and ensure regulatory compliance in communications. Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Communications, and cross-functional teams to advance scientific understanding and portfolio lifecycle management. Requirements: MD/PhD/PharmD/DO, 10-12+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma/biotech, hematology/oncology expertise with specific MPN experience preferred. Skills include scientific communication, KOL engagement, evidence strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. High-value: hematology/oncology, MPNs, myelofibrosis, anemia, evidence generation, RWE, HEOR, clinical research support, global scientific engagement, oncology-focused.
