The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams—Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, and Quality—to build scientific, clinical, and communication capabilities across Medical Affairs, including onboarding, advanced learning pathways, and certification programs. Focus areas encompass scientific storytelling, healthcare engagement, insight generation, and medical education, tailored for neuromuscular disease therapeutics (DMD, DM1, FSHD, Pompe). The leader oversees training systems, vendor management, and metrics to measure program impact and continuous improvement. Qualifications: advanced healthcare degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent), 15+ years in biopharma or healthcare, with substantial experience in Medical Affairs, field medical leadership, and training development. Expertise required in product launches, regulatory compliance, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms. Travel up to 30% is expected. The position is based in Waltham, MA and offers a pay range of $245,000–$270,000 USD.
