Senior Director Medical Affairs

Role: Senior Director, Medical Affairs for cardiovascular therapeutics, responsible for developing and executing medical strategies to support Edgewise's pipeline targeting hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, and related conditions. Proven track record in medical strategy, product launches, and scientific communication, with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
