Role: Senior Director, Medical Affairs for late-stage oncology assets, responsible for developing and executing global medical strategies to support product launch and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic expertise, leading medical communication efforts, engaging with KOLs and professional societies, overseeing publication plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and other teams to align scientific messaging and evidence generation. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent; 7+ years in Medical Affairs within biopharma, with strong oncology experience; proven ability to develop and execute medical strategies and materials hands-on; experience in small/mid-sized biopharmaceutical settings; deep understanding of oncology clinical development, competitive landscape, and standards of care; leadership in medical communications and KOL engagement; familiarity with health economics is a plus.
