Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications include an MD with 12+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma/biotech, with strong hematology expertise, pre-launch experience, and evidence generation knowledge (RWE, observational studies). Prior leadership of high-performing teams and cross-cultural collaboration skills are required. High-value specifics include focus on hematology (likely hematologic malignancies or blood disorders), late-stage development (pre-launch), and experience in global markets. The role involves domestic and international travel (~25%), with a focus on strategic communication, scientific acumen, and operational excellence.
