Qualifications: MD with significant hematology experience; 12+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma/biotech fields, with proven launch and evidence generation expertise. Preferred skills include clinical/research background in hematology, experience with RWE and observational studies, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
