Qualifications: MD with significant hematology experience; 12+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma/biotech fields, with proven launch and evidence generation expertise. Preferred skills include clinical/research background in hematology, experience with RWE and observational studies, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. High-value specifics: Hematology therapeutic area, pipeline pre- and peri-launch phases, global scope, evidence generation including RWE, leadership in cross-regional teams, and approximately 25% travel domestically and internationally.
