Role Summary
The Senior Director Marketing, Neurology Customer Experience leads omnichannel marketing for the Neurology Business Unit, reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing. You will implement the approved Brand plan and lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical programs shaping the customer experience across omnichannel channels for both healthcare professionals and consumers, supporting the upcoming Myasthenia Gravis launch. This role oversees creation of an omnichannel strategy and content across physician groups and patients/caregivers, directing a team to deliver tailored content throughout the customer journey. Based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, onsite four days per week.
Responsibilities
- For HCPs, content production delivered across all digital channels for non-personal initiatives from the home office, plus Next Best Action through Veeva CRM for field communication to customers.
- For patients, activate awareness while driving/maintaining brand awareness; advertising across relevant media channels; significantly increase digital content offerings and enhance the CRM program to include lead generation and adherence.
- Ensure marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance and regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Lead and provide development opportunities for direct reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the brand, Market Access, Insights and Analytics, and Commercial IT.
- Monitor spending against budget and manage projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree. 15+ years of progressive experience in biologics marketing and omnichannel strategy development and execution in the life sciences.
- Preferred: MBA.
- Preferred: Neurology experience; Myasthenia Gravis or Neurology Rare Disease experience a plus.
- Required: Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
- Required: Strong communication skills and ability to present complex strategies to partners at all levels, including Senior Leaders.
- Required: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick decision making and clear direction.

Skills
- Experience with a digital asset management system and Salesforce Cloud.
- Behavioral science expertise is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
