Senior Director - IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

Role: Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, responsible for strategy, architecture, management, and continuous improvement of Codexis's IT infrastructure and security operations, including enterprise AI platforms. Responsibilities: lead infrastructure strategy across networks, cloud (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365), servers, storage, endpoints, and application infrastructure; oversee service reliability, security, vendor management, and risk; govern AI infrastructure, data access, and lifecycle; embed cybersecurity and resilience into operations; communicate technical risks and investments to senior stakeholders. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in infrastructure strategy, operations, and cybersecurity; strong leadership skills; expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise security, and AI governance; Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with relevant certifications preferred.
