Senior Director, IT - G&A

Role: Senior leader responsible for the technology strategy, delivery, and operational support of Mirum's General & Administrative functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, and Accounting. Responsibilities: develop and execute a multi-year G&A tech roadmap, oversee enterprise applications (ERP, financial systems, HRIS, legal tools), chair the G&A IT Governance Committee, manage cross-functional initiatives, ensure compliance with SOX and data privacy standards, lead vendor and team management, and drive continuous operational improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related; 12+ years in IT with 6+ years supporting G&A functions in regulated life sciences or similar sectors; deep expertise in enterprise application portfolios, financial and HR systems, and regulatory controls; strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
