Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

Role: Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, responsible for developing and executing Zura's IR strategy to effectively communicate its science, pipeline, and strategic vision to investors, analysts, and media. Core responsibilities include managing investor relationships, crafting external content (press releases, investor decks, scripts), overseeing corporate messaging, and organizing investor events. The role involves close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and executive teams to ensure compliance, accurate disclosures, and alignment with corporate milestones. Requirements: 10+ years in investor relations or corporate communications within biotech or pharma, with proven experience at publicly traded companies. Strong writing, verbal communication, and scientific translation skills are essential. Knowledge of SEC regulations and ability to build credibility among institutional investors are necessary. Preferred: experience within autoimmune, inflammatory disease, or immunology spaces, and prior success scaling IR functions, managing teams, or supporting major company milestones such as IPOs or clinical readouts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or communications, with advanced degrees a plus. High-value specifics include biotech corporate IR, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and platforms/tools familiarity. The position reports to the Chief Business Officer, with potential for team growth. The role is based in a hybrid setting, with responsibilities supporting Zura’s clinical pipeline and stakeholder engagement as the company advances its therapeutic portfolio.
