Role: Lead AI-powered analytics and data science capabilities for US Medical Affairs, owning data strategy, architecture, and innovation. Responsibilities: define and communicate a strategic vision, partner with external AI/ML innovators, develop proprietary AI solutions, and establish scalable data governance frameworks. Drive the development of patient journey analytics, advanced segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation tools to enhance Medical Affairs insights. Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to align data investments with business goals, ensuring rapid and compliant deployment of AI initiatives. Requirements: 12+ years in data & analytics, with significant recent Medical Affairs experience; advanced degree in data sciences or related field preferred; demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams; strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. High-Value: focus on AI, ML, patient analytics, segmentation science, healthcare data platforms, and innovation scouting; experience in pharma or biotech R&D; senior-level influence and strategic planning capability.
