Role: Lead the development and execution of AI-driven analytics for US Medical Affairs, focusing on patient journey mapping, segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation. Responsibilities: define data strategy, partner with external innovation entities, build proprietary AI/ML solutions, and establish scalable data governance frameworks; communicate strategy to senior leadership and translate technical insights into business value. Requirements: 12+ years in data and analytics with recent medical affairs experience; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MBA preferred), proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills.
