Senior Director, Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) Lead

Role: Lead the development and execution of AI-powered analytics for US Medical Affairs, focusing on patient journey mapping, segmentation, and stakeholder insights. Responsibilities: define and communicate data strategy to senior leadership, build proprietary AI/ML solutions, establish scalable data architecture and governance, and collaborate with external innovation partners. Lead analytics development teams, prioritize initiatives that enhance proprietary capabilities, and translate technical insights into business value. Requirements: 12+ years in data analytics, 10+ years in healthcare or medical affairs, with a strong background in AI/ML, patient analytics, and healthcare data platforms. Advanced degree in data sciences or related fields preferred, along with leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
