Responsibilities:
- Lead HEOR strategic research plans and agendas; manage a portfolio across assets/brands/indications within a therapeutic area.
- Direct the design, conduct, and analysis of HEOR projects across multiple programs; accountable for project execution and budget.
- Create and maintain strategic plans for products to ensure alignment with product development and the marketplace.
- Lead HEOR strategy for New Development Program (NDP) development toward registration, PR&A, and market launch in compliance with regulations.
- Drive an end-to-end, high-quality HEOR program for pipeline and on-market products meeting ethical, scientific, regulatory, commercial, and quality requirements.
- Develop and execute post-marketing HEOR product life-cycle and labeling strategies, integrating payer/physician/patient value needs and commercial direction.
- Provide scientific HEOR support for commercialization, including facilitating market access and market growth.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work (strategy development through content pull-through).
- Partner with HEOR COE functions to ensure a comprehensive HEOR voice in cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or MS in Economics/Econometrics/(pharmaco)epidemiology).
- 12+ years’ experience with Master’s; 10+ years with PhD (fellowship may count). Health-field training is a plus.
- Typically 10+ years clinical development experience (pharma, CRO, academia, or health consulting) with therapeutic specialty expertise; clinical research experience strongly recommended.
- Ability to operate with limited guidance and in complex regulatory environments.
- Ability to resolve cross- and intra-project priority conflicts and resource constraints; experience with complex products/pipeline and on-market support preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape; understanding of drug development phases.
- Proven people leadership; able to lead cross-functional teams and manage scientific personnel.
- Enterprise strategic influencer.
