Senior Director & Head of Enterprise Technology Communications

Role: Senior leader responsible for defining and executing Takeda's enterprise technology and AI communications strategy, enhancing understanding among stakeholders, investors, employees, and external partners. Responsibilities: develop and align messaging on digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, data, and innovation; serve as strategic adviser to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer; lead external visibility efforts, media relations, and thought leadership; drive employee engagement and organizational storytelling; manage the global enterprise technology communications team; and shape Takeda’s digital narrative to position it as a leader in digital biopharma. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field; 15+ years of experience in technology or digital transformation communications, preferably within healthcare or biopharma sectors; proven expertise advising senior executives; experience leading global, cross-functional communications teams; deep understanding of enterprise technology, AI, cybersecurity, and healthcare innovation trends; strong media relations background, with established industry relationships; exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influencing ability.
