Role Responsibilities
- Define strategy/governance for application engineering and productionization (frameworks, patterns, standards).
- Make architecture decisions across front-end/full-stack, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD for scalability, performance, and security.
- Partner with Agent Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Strategy to maintain consistent architecture and engineering standards.
- Oversee design/development/rollout of AIA tools/apps with reuse and maintainability.
- Lead front-end and full-stack teams implementing secure, scalable interfaces and enterprise integrations.
- Establish/govern CI/CD, release management, and environment configuration aligned to security and quality.
- Lead quality and reliability: define metrics (uptime/latency/reliability/UX), automate testing/logging/observability, and improve stability/security.
- Build and lead an engineering org (~30 FTEs, hundreds of contractors); mentor senior engineers/managers and raise the engineering bar.
- Partner cross-functionally (Data Engineering, Product, Agent Product Management, Platform Ops) and align with governance/security/compliance.
- Communicate trade-offs/decisions to senior leadership and shape roadmaps via feedback loops.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree in CS/Engineering (required); Masterβs preferred.
- 12+ years relevant experience; proven people leadership; regulated-industry experience.
- Ability to influence in complex orgs; strong stakeholder management.
- Program/operations management expertise; success managing quality and staffing/resource models.

- Base salary: $230,900β$384,800; bonus target 25%; share-based long-term incentive eligibility.
