Key Responsibilities
- Evolve and communicate the global pricing & market access strategy for povetacicept across cross-functional, cross-regional commercialization processes.
- Ensure global market access launch readiness for IgA nephropathy (IgAN), including differentiated branded payer value communications and supportive training.
- Lead evolution of IgAN global price and market access strategy; partner cross-functionally/cross-regionally to build integrated evidence plans for launch and long-term reimbursement.
- Develop P&MA strategies for future indications/portfolio (including LCM strategy and indication sequencing).
- Ensure P&MA strategies are supported by payer insights and robust global payer plans; identify/prioritize/champion evidence for access-enabling trials and value optimization.
- Shape payer position in global commercial strategy by contributing to Commercialization Strategy and Disease Strategy teams.
- Lead cross-portfolio capability building and thought leadership to advance readiness for the evolving global payer environment.
- Lead cross-functionally and cross-regionally (Market Access, HEOR, Real World Evidence, Government Affairs, Public Policy) to align and deliver against access goals.
- Provide hands-on development of strategic/tactical deliverables; manage 2 direct reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred); post-graduate preferred.
- 12+ years biotech/pharma industry experience; 5+ years supervisory/management preferred.
- Deep knowledge of US and ex-US healthcare systems; experience in global/specialty disease roles with competitive launches and indication expansion is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, quantitative skills; strong pricing/market access/HEOR understanding.
- Excellent written/oral communication; ability to lead cross-functional, cross-geography initiatives.
- General experience in commercialization and drug development.
- Team-oriented, flexible, reliable; sound ethics/culture fit.

Pay Range
- $240,000–$360,000. Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
