Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Network Planning & Risk Management

Role: Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Network Planning & Risk Management at Syndax, overseeing integrated supply planning, network strategy, inventory management, and risk mitigation across clinical and commercial biopharma supply chains. Responsibilities: lead global S&OP processes, develop demand and capacity plans for small molecule and biologics, establish inventory strategies balancing service and cost, and manage supply risk programs covering internal and external threats. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Clinical Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure supply reliability, production alignment, and risk mitigation. Lead scenario planning for capacity constraints, new product launches, and lifecycle changes, while driving process improvements, systems implementation, and performance metrics. Manage stakeholder communication and build a high-performing supply chain planning team. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred. 15+ years of senior-level supply chain experience in pharma or biotech, with expertise in demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, network and capacity planning, and supply risk management. Proven experience supporting clinical and commercial biologics and small molecule supply chains, with a track record in product launches and regulatory milestones. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence skills. Certifications like Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
